Warranties
Every completed job comes with a workmanship warranty. The specific terms depend on the project and are detailed in your agreement before work starts.
Material warranties come directly from the manufacturer and sit separately from our workmanship warranty. We explain both upfront so you know exactly what’s covered.
Warranties don’t cover damage from events outside our control, severe storms, structural failures, or work done by another contractor after we’ve finished.
Insurance Claims
We document storm and hail damage accurately and work directly with your adjuster. Our reports are thorough, honest, and professionally formatted.
We never inflate damage claims. Final claim approval is your insurer’s decision, not ours. Our job is to make sure they have everything they need to make a fair one.
Our Liability
We’re fully insured. If our team causes accidental damage during a job, our insurance covers it.
We’re not liable for pre-existing structural problems we discover mid-job, weather damage after work is completed, or delays caused by material shortages or conditions outside our control. Our liability stays within the scope and value of your project agreement.
